Lettings and property Management Administrator - Chingford E4 (6 month contract (Full or P/T considered)

An established  estate agency based in a popular East London suburb are looking for a Lettings and property Management Administrator (full or part time) to join their expanding team.

Initially you will join the team on a 6 month contract but there is a possibility this could be extended or become a permanent role within a Lettings capacity.

Your role will include:
·Acting as the primary point of contact for Tenants and Landlords
·Identifying and verifying maintenance issues
·Coordinating site visits periodically and producing reports
·Maintaining a property portfolio with property inspections and check outs
·Obtaining quotations and references from contractors
·Instructing contractors and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner
·Keeping accurate and comprehensive records on each property
·Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations

The ideal candidate will be:
·Conscientious and proactive
·Experienced in Residential Property Management
·Knowledge of the East London area
·Up-to-date on Health and Safety regulations
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Have the ability to work well as a team as well as on your own

Hours of work -
·9-5.30 Monday to Friday
·1 Saturday a month with a day off in the week

Package
£20-23k depending on experience (pro rota if PT)

The hours will be:          

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (one Saturday  with a day off in lieu.)

Salary range will be:     

between £20,000pa to £23,000pa
