Branch Sales & Lettings Administrator – Kentish Town, NW5

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Sales Administrator to join our Client based in Kentish Town, NW5 as a Branch Sales Administrator.

Our client is an established and successful Estate Agency and Lettings firm, and they now require a competent and articulate Sales Administrator to support their busy office. This is a varied role as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• · Answering the telephone
• · Producing property particulars for the Vendor's approval
• · Preparing memorandum of sales letters
• · Preparing window cards and other marketing materials
• · Putting properties onto the relevant portals

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• · Proven track record in property administration
• · Candidates should have a minimum of one-two years’ administrative experience
• · Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• · Excellent IT skills, in particular Powerpoint and Excel.
• · This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task

This Branch Sales Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary range will be:

£28,000 - 30,000pa
