Client Services Consultant – Liverpool St, EC2

Our Client a leading independent Estate Agents is looking for a Client Services Consultant to join their new Client Services Dept within their Property brokerage

Are you a motivated sales person? Do you have telesales experience? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? They’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Reviewing back valuations and withdrawn stock databases at an agreed frequency, identify potential leads, prepare call out lists and make contact with leads
• Establishing the potential client’s circumstances and their requirements and convert as many as possible into valuation appointments
• Scheduling any valuations from converted leads keeping relevant branch managers in the loop
• Delivering high standards of customer service to any client or lead you work with to help build the reputation of our team
• Making contact with individual and corporate property developers and landlords through database search and referral and explore the opportunities work with them
• Following up on any commitments made and progress discussions towards securing new instructions where appropriate

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• A proven track record in sales or business development
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment

The hours will be:          

Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm

Salary range will be:     

between £25,000pa to £30,000pa with 5 % commission

OTE around £35,000
