Lettings and inventory Coordinator – Ilford, IG2 ( Commercial Portfolio) 

A leading, well-respected private commercial Landlord with an extensive portfolio commercial units (c100)   are actively seeking a personable, professional Coordinator to join their busy team in Ilford IG2

The successful Lettings and inventory Coordinator must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Some experience with Commercial property is desired however not essential and candidates with residential lettings administration will considered.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Preparation of new inventories and checkout and Check-in reports
  • Contacting tenants to arrange and diarise date for inventory check out
  • Managing utilities to include, providing meter readings and dealing with utility bills
  • Accompany inspectors on visits, arranging and attending viewings with prospective new tenants.
  • Ensuring all units are fully compliant to be let.
  • Setting up new tenancies
  • Update property management software system
  • Uploading new properties for rent on to marketing web portals such as Right move and Property link.
  • Collect or cut 3 full sets of keys
  • Adhoc Administration duties

The following skills:

  • Property experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, to include Word and Excel
  • Ability to pick up new systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail – Good observational skills
  • Clean Drivers Licence and a willingness to cover long distances/time driving across London & into the Home Counties
  • Personable and well presented
  • Good IT, including Excel and good communication skills
  • Some negotiating skills would help but not essential
  • Full driving licence

The hours will be:

5 days a week – Mon- Fri 9-5pm ( Home/Remote working available)

Salary range will be:

£25k PA + car Allowance,
