Lettings Coordinator – Stratford, E15 - 12 Months FTC

Our Client are currently seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join their growing team based in Stratford, E15

As a Lettings Coordinator your focus will be supporting Lettings Negotiators and Manager in the smooth running of the Lettings function including finding the best tenants to occupy our homes and quickly progressing applications to tenancy stage along with aiding management with the new build process and handover of newly acquired stock.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Lettings Service Team, this will involve liaising with Project managers to
  • ensure that new build handover information is accurate and up to date
  • Producing accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence,
  • presentation, and spreadsheets
  • Reviewing online presentation of properties listed – coordinating listings and photography
  • between negotiators
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants, vetting and booking
  • appointments
  • Assisting in ensuring lettings files are progressed quickly and efficiently to the relevant team
  • Proactively work towards achieving Lettings Team targets
  • Coordinating and implementing marketing of large new developments to let from dedicated
  • marketing suite and/or show homes
  • Providing excellent customer service to a demanding client base
  • Coordinating marketing of all properties within the portfolios via company website as well as external property portals such as Zoopla and Rightmove.
  • Working closely with internal teams such as: tenancy progression team, lettings team sales and development team alongside our external agent partners.
  • Managing Invoices and arranging payments for suppliers
  • Attending site visits / conducting viewings when negotiators are unavailable

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Letting’s knowledge and experience desirably gained in Estate or Letting Agency
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to defined targets and deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of dynamic team in a fast-paced lettings environment
  • Able to respond positively to challenges with a solution focused attitude
  • Experience of MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience of managing property listings and adverts
  • A passion for London property and people
  • Good business ethics
  • Enthusiastic and responsible attitude towards work with demonstrable attention to detail
  • Obtain a full valid UK driving licence

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5:30pm

Salary range will be:
£25,000pa + £1,300 Car User Allowance
