P/T Commercial Property Administrator – Blackheath, SE3

A strong, well-respected and very established commercial Property Landlord  are actively seeking a personable, professional and experienced  Property and block Manager to oversea a mix use portfolio.

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a Residential and Commercial portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Lead lease renewals and rent reviews across the commercial portfolio.
• Liaising with Contractors to carry repairs.
• Supervisory role in conjunction with the principal managing agents.
• Ensuring we maintain up to date certification and control over a varied portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements with tenants on behalf of the Directors.
• Monitor lease events and provide strategic recommendations to Directors
• Act as the key point of contact for major works, service delivery and management issues..

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Sound knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Ensuring mandatory Reports are up to date
• Good Communication and Organisational skills.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to use own initiative by taking ownership, prioritizing tasks, and working with limited supervision.
• Highly organised and have an eye for detail

The hours will be:
3 days a week  ( Mon, wends and Friday)

Salary range will be:
£35-40k prop rata depending on experience.
