P/T Commercial Property Administrator – Greenwich SE10
A strong, well-respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable, professional and team playing person based in Greenwich SE10
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a Residential and Commercial portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Creation of Tenant Information Packs
- Liaising with Contractors to carry repairs.
- Supervisory role in conjunction with the principal managing agents.
- Ensuring we maintain up to date certification and control over a varied portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.
- Making sure properties are up to date with EPC’s, Gas Safety, FRA’s , PAT Testing.
- Taking and handling calls for all property management related queries.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Sound knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Ensuring mandatory Reports are up to date
- Good Communication and Organisational skills.
- Must be computer literate in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to use own initiative by taking ownership, prioritizing tasks, and working with limited supervision.
- Highly organised and have an eye for detail
The hours will be:
2 to 3 days a week 9:30am to 2:30pm
Salary range will be:
£16 to £18 per hour
