Property Management Accounts Coordinator - Woodford IG8
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a vibrant, well known and very respected Estate Agency based in East London
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Repair requests – liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Processing invoices
- Managing rent collection
- Preparing financial statements
- Chase Current Rent Arears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
- Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
- Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
- Bank Reconciliations
- Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.
- Dealing with deposit disputes
- The applicant will need relevant experience in the above.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- The ideal candidate for the role must have a proven track record in property management - min 3 years required
- Have expert knowledge of tenancy related legislation
- It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy and worked within a Property management CRM
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage
- Be able to manage their own workload
Salary range will be:
The company in return are offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
Nearest Tube: Woodford / South Woodford Central Line - parking available in residential streets 5 mins walk
The hours will be:
5 days a week 8:30am to 5.30pm ( office based + 1 hour for lunch unpaid)
