Property Manager - Black-Friars, London ( Private Landlord)
A strong independent, well-respected and very established Property Management Company are actively seeking a personable, professional Property Manager based in central London
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of 200 residential properties.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties
- Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding property management
- Liaising with tenants and contractors on a day to day basis by phone and email to organise repairs and deal with enquiries
- Drafting tenancy agreements and other lettings documents
- Register tenancy deposits and serve prescribed notices
- Organise and carry out tenancy renewals and inspections
- Analyse and discuss inventory reports with landlords and tenants to resolve deposit returns
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Sign out keys to tenants and contractors, keep a rack of keys being signed out and returned
- Serve Section 8 and 21 notices as and when required to do so
- General filing, create and manage adverts for lettings properties
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for the immediate management of the residential property portfolio.
- It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage
- Be able to manage their own workload
- Full valid driving licence is essential.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm 5pm finish on a Friday
Salary range will be:
between £33.000pa to £37.000pa depending on experience
