A great opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Renewals Coordinator to join client based in Central London they are an established lettings and Management business with a large portfolio of managed Council Leased properties across London and the home counties.
The role of a Tenancy Renewals Coordinator is both diverse and rewarding. You will need to be a competent negotiator and be able to handle any objection thrown your way. Quality of service and accuracy are vital in this role
The successful candidate will work closely with Landlords and Tenants to negotiate and agree the Tenancy Renewal whilst providing a high level of customer service and care throughout the process.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Negotiating Tenancy Renewals by liaising with both Landlords and Tenants three months prior to tenancy expiry date of the existing Tenancy Agreement, offering professional advice to Landlords in terms of market trends and suggested rent increases.
- Negotiating optimum Tenancy terms, rental increases, long-term secured tenure etc, whilst considering our Landlord Client’s best interest.
- Drawing up and sending out Renewal documentation, such as Tenancy Agreements, Addendums and extension letters.
- Recording thoroughly all actions and conversations on our internal database
- Conducting regular follow ups of all outstanding negotiations/renewals
- Issuing and chasing all renewal documentation in a timely manner
- Inputting renewal and termination data Tenancy Deposit Scheme website, ensuring compliance.
- Confirming end of tenancy details with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring various internal Departments are aware.
- Serving notices to Tenants if Landlords require possession of the property back.
- Upholding Department service standards and meeting the department targets
- Raising the appropriate Tenant and Landlord charges and sending out invoices accordingly.
- Building rapport with clients to ensure a strong ongoing business relationship
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- Must have experience in Tenancy Renewals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Lettings experience required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work flexibly and a good team player
- Strong negotiating skills
- Target driven and motivated
- A positive ‘can do’ approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, DocuSign, Veco

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary range will be:
between £30,000pa - + Bonus OTE £35k
