An great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our client based in Romford, RM1

Are you currently working in a sales and target focused environment and are looking for an exciting new challenge?

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries
• Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management
• Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
• To work alongside the Lettings Administrator and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
• Canvassing

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Will have strong communication skills
• Target Driven
• Passionate about Property
• Well-presented and well spoken
• Enthusiastic
• Capable of working under pressure
• Thrive in a busy office
• Drivers Licence - Must have own car

Fundamentally this is sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage.

This Trainee Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week
