Graham has directed and passionately lead recruitment businesses for over 12 years now and has a strong affiliation and deep understanding of the Property Industry. Having started his early career as a key Negotiator for a leading Independent Estate Agency, Graham brings to Roundpegs Property Recruitment an outstanding level of innovative, quality lead, honest yet ambitious recruitment knowledge and a work ethos that is soaked in positive, proactive yet highly realistic outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

Steven Bastow

Regional Recruitment Consultant

Steven is a property professional with a career spanning over 23 years in the industry, having represented both corporate and independent Estate Agents at Senior Brach Manager level. Steven has played a key role in branch staffing and hiring decisions over his career.

Thus with in-depth knowledge of the industry and having been an industry hiring manager, Steven is in the privileged position to truly understand the needs of both his clients and candidates today. Steven’s hardworking and focused yet personal approach has helped him become a household name within the Essex and East London Property Recruitment Market.

Steven joined Round Pegs Property Recruitment in 2019 and has fast become a prominent, dedicated and high performing member of the team. He holds a passion for the property industry and its people. Steven is also a proud father of two and a lifelong supporter of Everton football club.

Louise Foster

Louise comes to Round Pegs Property Recruitment with over 4 years of previous dedicated property recruitment experience alongside a very successful track record providing high calibre staff to some of the most established names in the industry.

In 2010 Louise started her very own Doggy day care business servicing celebrities’ prized pooches and kitties exclusively in the West Essex area. Thus Louise knows the challenges of running an independent business having started a business from scratch herself; she is superbly positioned to offer consultative, and professional advice to both industry clients and candidates alike in the North London and Herts Region.

Louise is a very driven and receptive individual who thrives on challenges and acquiring knowledge. She is keen to develop long-term relationships and expand her network working with key candidates and clients.
Whilst focusing on her career in recruitment, she has also gained a qualification within Conservation and Wildlife Management and recently became a mum in December 2021.

Having started her career within a busy fast paced PA capacity that then saw her move in to a Senior Operations and Accounts Management role, Maggie is extremely tenacious, capable and has a superb level of attention to detail.
